Competitive edge in professional services

A summary from May's professional services breakfast.
We were delighted to welcome just under 50 delegates from a diverse mix of organisations to last Thursday's breakfast seminar dedicated entirely to professional services communications.
The breakfast included a master class from Dean Parker, Digital Consultant at SAS, on creating digital communications that really say something - from websites to mobile to social.
Stephen Hunt, Partner & Head of Business Development at LCP, navigated us through his brand project driven by the objective of aiding growth in new markets. He outlined the key risks involved in branding and focussed on how to embrace the challenges.
The event closed with a Q&A session on building sustainable competitive advantage through employee engagement with client presentations from Shoosmiths, Ernst & Young and LCP.
Companies attending included: Allen & Overy, BDO Stoy Hayward, Beachcroft, Bird & Bird, Capgemini, Clifford Chance, Deloitte, DLA Piper, Eversheds, Field Fisher Waterhouse, FTI Consulting, Grant Thornton, Hogan Lovells, KPMG, Linklaters, Lloyd's of London, Macfarlanes and Slaughter and May.
Read a summary of the subjects covered and results from the straw poll taken on the day here. If you were unable to attend and would be interested in a tailored version of the seminar, please email Elizabeth Gordon.
