SAS's Client Partner Louisa Moreton is delighted to be part of the judging panel for this year's CIPD Recruitment Marketing Awards (RMAs).
The RMAs are the most coveted and established awards in the recruitment marketing industry and recognise outstanding creativity and business impact delivered through successful recruitment campaigns and initiatives.
Louisa has an impressive mix of client and agency and private and public sector experience and can therefore bring a balanced and knowledgeable perspective to the panel.
Louisa added: "I'm really pleased to be involved in this year's judging. Despite the downturn the war for talent continues to rage, particularly for specialist and technical roles, so an organisation's employer brand and how they present themselves to market can be a critical point of differentiation.
