A summary from May's corporate reporting breakfast.

Last week we were delighted to welcome over 60 delegates from a diverse mix of organisations to our breakfast seminar exploring what investors want from corporate reporting and websites in the ever-changing landscape.

The breakfast launched our latest 'What's inside the mind of an investor?' research into the attitudes and preferences of the professional investor, and how we can meet their needs more effectively through improved corporate reporting and wider digital channels.

We also included a discussion of global investment industry opinion with Steve Kelly, a leading authority on global investment industry sentiment, trends and opinion, and a case study from Louise Tyson, Head of Corporate Reporting at BP demonstrating how they are responding to the new reporting developments.

Companies attending included: Anglo American, AstraZeneca, Aviva, Barclays, BP, BT, Bupa, Centrica, Compass Group, easyJet, GlaxoSmithKline, Hays, Home Retail Group, ICAP, Johnson Matthey, Legal & General, Marks & Spencer, National Grid, Old Mutual, Smiths Group, TUI Travel and Unilever.

Read a summary of the subjects covered and results from the straw poll taken on the day here. If you were unable to attend and would be interested in the research and/or a tailored version of the seminar, please email Elizabeth Gordon.
