Overview
The graduate talent pipeline is business critical for Unilever. The organisation is eager to address the perennial sector issue of attracting top flight candidates to specialist roles in supply chain, IT and finance.
Too many graduates simply don't understand FMCG. At the heart of our thinking was a desire to portray Unilever as a dynamic, global business with amazing brands and a unique world-class 'Future Leaders' programme.
Tapping into the Generation Y need for rapid career development the campaign line is 'Learn business fast' - a process demonstrated through the creative expression, high quality video, an engaging social media presence and comprehensive web-based information.
Given the importance of the internship schemes a 1st year business challenge has been revamped and aligned to the proposition. There has also been a focus on internal engagement, ensuring the business is fully behind the new campaign.
“SAS have really worked with us as an extension of the team, bringing the insights, creativity and commitment we’ve needed at every stage to make this a completely new campaign we’re really proud of.”
