Overview
Many organisations have values; few pay them any heed. But they matter, especially if you've grown from three like-minded souls to 80+ people of every age from all over the world and you want your business to last. These are our values.
Be aware
What we do is not easy. There are always challenges. Our clients and colleagues are under extreme pressure; trying to achieve a lot with limited resources and budget. It's about empathising with each other's worlds, understanding when someone is struggling and stepping in to help. It's about knowing when our individual strengths can make a difference.
Have character
People who succeed at SAS bring their personalities to work. They are willing to stand up and be counted. They leave their mark on the company long after they have moved on (if they move on). They never let each other or our clients down. They are brave when they need to be.
Be inventive
The quality of what comes out depends on what goes in. Every day dozens of inspiring ideas, pieces of news and links pass back and forth through our studio. Creativity comes from having your radar up. It's an essential characteristic of SAS that people are naturally inquisitive in the world around them, willing to ask questions of any brief that crosses their desks.
